V1.10.3 (Windows)

Thanks to bunakov.jr (Russian interface request) and Gary Wilson (PDF compression) — several of the changes in this release grew out of your reports.

Zipic’s macOS and Windows versions share the same major.minor number (1.10), while patch versions ship independently at each platform’s own pace. This v1.10.3 is a patch release for the Windows version (Beta) that brings it in line with the macOS v1.10.2, rolling out via the Microsoft Store.

✨ New Features

• 12 new interface languages: Zipic now speaks German, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish, Russian, Japanese, and Korean, sharing its wording with the macOS version. Switch anytime in Settings; the language menu shows each language in its own name.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• PDF graphics: fixed colors in some PDFs coming out inverted after compression — for example, a solid black logo turning hollow.
• Blank PDF pages: fixed some protected PDFs ending up with blank pages after compression.
• Pro trial: improved trial eligibility checks — your trial is kept while offline and verified automatically once you reconnect — and fixed the Start Trial button in the upgrade panel showing no text.
• Theme sync: fixed some controls, including the title bar buttons and output option fields, not following the app’s appearance when it differs from the system theme.

🚀 Other Improvements

• Text fits in every language: reworked the tray popover, About window, and preset and output rows so labels are no longer cut off.
• Settings window size: the Settings window now remembers its size between launches.
• Polish: a refreshed welcome animation and neutral completion check marks.
