# Zipic V1.9.9

Thanks to 藻堂, oldj, Pipu, and Stefan for reporting issues and sharing suggestions around v1.9.8 and v1.9.9.

## ✨ New Features

- **Image quality**: compression settings are easier to understand, with the slider moving from smaller files to higher quality.
- **No-benefit results**: when compression does not reduce file size, Zipic now explains the result without interrupting batch work.
- **License management**: activation-limit guidance is clearer, and device management is easier to find.

## 🐛 Bug Fixes

- **Keygen activation**: fixed an issue where removing old activations from a new Mac could fail.

## 🚀 Other Improvements

- **Preset hint**: the current preset summary is cleaner and no longer shows default options that do not need attention.
